Sovereign Saints Junior Football Club Appeal

Sovereign Saints in Eastbourne urgently need some more year 7 under 12 girls to join the existing team! For one reason or another, they have lost a lot of our squad this season and the team are on the verge of folding if they don't have new members urgently. As it is, the club doesn't have enough players for this weeks league game and the league are asking serious questions regarding theirfuture. No experience needed as full training available. All Nations Community Singing Group

Chronicles 4 Ten are seeking special people from all different communities, all ages and from all walks of life in Eastbourne from every country to form a United Nations choir to entertain and perform. Go Dance Dance Classes

Go Dance hold their weekly dance classes on a Friday at Heathfield Leisure Centre from 7.30. It's a chance for you to learn a mixture of dance styles, classes are £6 per person and you can get more information from www.go-dance.co.uk

The Parkinson's Disease Society (Hailsham and District Branch)

Easy exercise and therapy to all people with Parkinson's free at the Hydro Pool on Monday mornings at the DGH hospital. Hailsham Hockey Club

They're looking for new members to join. They practice at the Community College. Juniors are welcome on a Wednesday evening between 6pm-7.30pm and adults train from 7.30pm-8pm. For more info contact chairman@hailshamhc.co.uk

Eastbourne Lifeboats

A volunteer's needed to help out at the shop in the museum. They're looking for someone who can give three and a half hours either in the morning or the afternoon, once a week to run the counter. If you can help or would like to find out more, call Alan Bennett on 01323 505864.
